What are Turnaround times?

Albums are 1 month upon approval + shipping.
Loose prints 1-3 business days + shipping.

If you need it right away, it can be done at additional cost. Please inquire about rush times, fees, & deadlines.

Returns

Once the album or print orders are finalize, all sales are final. If the album or product has been damaged thru shipping or manufacturing, let us know.

ONLINE GALLERY

How long does the online gallery last?

As a standard, you’re given 3 months to host your event. After 3 months, you’ll be requested to download your images. Should you need more time, you can extend your gallery for another month for $20

My gallery is expired, could it be reinstated?

If you happen to miss your deadline or want to revive it for whatever reason, it can be reinstated for a fee of $50. It will take roughly 24-48 hours to get your gallery back online.
